An Instagram We Love

Cleveland's hippest Instagram celebrity Cardboard Justin Timberlake is a little two-dimensional. Masterminded by Liz Geary and two friends as a fun way to keep out-of-town pals in the loop about what's happening in Cleveland, Cardboard JT is actually a Samuel Adams beer promotional cutout donated by a sales rep, with the pop singer's face attached. Geary justifies our love for these photos.

The real Timberlake may be a Memphis Grizzlies fan, but the cardboard version is a wine-and-gold devotee now that LeBron James is back. "It makes the city more exciting," says Geary. "[It] makes everything a little more fun."

All the cool kids shop for lunch or dinner at the downtown Heinen's Fine Foods and pause to check out the rotunda. Cardboard JT is no exception. "He likes to see and be seen while grocery shopping," says Geary.

Timberlake is no stranger to the stage, and his cardboard counterpart loves the excitement of Playhouse Square — especially the chandelier. "Obviously, it's rich and fancy," says Geary. "Cardboard JT likes that kind of stuff."
