Wine snobs and beer geeks unite! Madison’s Debonne Vineyards is the largest estate winery in Ohio with 175 acres of vines, but it’s also home to Double Wing Brewing Co. Formerly known as Cellar Rats Brewery, the 15-barrel brewhouse scrapped its recipes and changed its name five years go to revamp its collection of brews.

Around that time the brewery snatched the lapsed copyright for the name and branding of P.O.C., a classic Cleveland brew made by the Pilsener Brewing Co. in 1917. Once nicknamed the “Pride of Cleveland,” this revamped P.O.C. ($6 for 16 ounces) is now a bright, Euro-style pilsner worthy of local pride served up in this rustic, cabin-style tasting room where an entire wing is dedicated to beer drinkers.

Our Pick: Enjoy the taste of summer with their unfiltered Summer Haze IPA, which features notes of vanilla, coconut, orange and pineapple.
