Then: Packed with memorabilia and collectibles from tie-dye baby clothes to Superman figures, Cleveland Heights' Big Fun helped fuel our love for the good ol' days by stocking a rad selection of authentic, retro T-shirts — think designs sporting '70s and '80s pop culture icons such as Farrah Fawcett, Rod Stewart and J.R. Ewing. Now: After opening a Lakewood location in 2009, owner Steve Presser decided to close it earlier this year to focus his energy on his original store. Look for new themed sections for Star Wars figurines, vintage Legos, Nintendo video games and, of course, those popular retro T-shirts. "We're trying to create an environment and an experience that is different from most retailers, that you can't get online," he says.
