Cannoli

Presti's Bakery & Cafe

vs.

Corbo's Bakery

The price is right at Presti's. A large cannoli here will set you back just $2, and a softer crust encompasses a lighter, fluffier filling. The taste is delicate, almost like a sugar cookie. But to some tasters, that just means it's lighter on flavor.

Your $2.75 will get you a shell with a satisfying crunch. The filling is creamier and heartier, with a hint of a closely guarded secret ingredient (nutmeg? cinnamon?) that provides a holiday-season flavor that isn't present in Presti's version.

Edge: Corbo's takes the win even though it's a bit pricier. The flavor of the filling, the texture of the shell and a piped-to-order policy make this an easy choice.
