A representation of classic Mexican street food, the pork stomach provides a crunchy and chewy texture making it one of the East Side spot’s most popular tacos. It all starts with pork stomach, which is deep-fried and then seared on the griddle with added oil for a crunchy effect.

Customers can then choose from Mexican verde hot sauce or a red Mexican hot sauce to integrate some spice and flavor into the dish. Paired with house-made corn tortillas, onions and cilantro, the result is an elevated flavor that you’ve got to try.
