Find Your Spotlight At The BorderLight Festival

Cleveland has always had its act together. With Playhouse Square, the city boasts the country’s second-largest performing arts center. “When it comes to an arts and culture community, Cleveland stands shoulder-to-shoulder with New York and Chicago,” says Cathleen O’Malley, associate producer of the BorderLight International Theatre and Fringe Festival.
