Loosen your belt for Melt Bar & Grilled's New Bomb Turkey.

by James Bigley II | Oct. 16, 2015 | 4:00 AM

We've already loosened our belts for Nov. 26. But since we can't wait until then to devour the forthcoming feast, we're thankful that Melt Bar & Grilled serves its Thanksgiving-inspired New Bomb Turkey ($14) all month. "As a kid, I would take all the [leftover] fixings from Thanksgiving dinner the day before and make a sandwich," says owner Matt Fish. The oversized grilled cheese sammy comes jam-packed with all of our favorite trimmings: roasted turkey breast, roasted butternut squash, 4 ounces of Muenster cheese and stuffing made from day-old bread, celery, carrots and caramelized onions slathered in a turkey gravy. The holiday heavyweight is topped with a tangy orange cranberry jam. "The best part of Thanksgiving is the leftovers," says Fish. "I wanted to put as many ingredients from Thanksgiving dinner onto a sandwich." Various locations, meltbarandgrilled.com
