"It's a collection of great food, great entertainment and great local endeavors by entrepreneurs."
Lager Lessons
Summer classes? No thanks. Summer classes about beer? Count us in! The World Beer Festival aims to educate Clevelanders about the art of brewing July 13 at North Coast Harbor. Attendees can sample more than 200 beers while also learning about food pairings and beer ingredients. "We don't serve whatever' beers," says Daniel Bradford, festival producer. "Our focus is on specialty beers and the diversity of styles."
