Pour 3/4 ounces each of Amaro Averna, Bulleit Rye and Tom's Foolery Applejack into a tin cocktail shaker. Add a spoon of fresh pumpkin puree and a drop of maple syrup. Shake three or four times. Double strain over ice in a chilled rocks glass. Stir five to six times. Insert the end of a clove into an orange peel, and arrange the peel along the lip of the glass for a garnish.
