We are consistently hearing reports of the strong housing market — prices stabilizing and even climbing in certain neighborhoods such as Rocky River and Bay Village, where demand is high and inventory is low. Competitive interest rates are ticking up, so anyone considering buying a home should make that move now to lock in a better deal.

Plus, the spring market brought out more housing inventory from which buyers can choose. Many sellers were waiting for the weather to break so they could get their homes ready for the market, tackle any exterior projects and prepare to sell. Buyers are anxious for new inventory as many want to get settled over the summer prior to school starting.
