Americans love pizza. A 2019 survey even proves it, saying if we could only pick one food to eat for the rest of our lives, we’d choose the topping-laden Italian dish. At Salted Dough, chef and owner Jeff Fisher elevates the traditional pie with a thin, crispy crust finished with garlic oil, Pecorino Romano cheese, pink Himalayan sea salt and a slew of creative toppings. Choose from 16 different options, some that are reminiscent of the ones Fisher created from his days at Tremont’s Crust.

For a fresh, lighter take on the traditional sauced-up pies, try the Story Deli ($14-$22). Basically a salad on a flatbread, this veggie-forward selection layers roasted garlic tomatoes, shaved red onion, lemon zest and Pecorino with baby arugula, Parma proscuitto and a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil.

The Breakfast for Dinner ($14-$22) takes the best parts of the early morning meal — fried eggs and pancetta (a fancier cousin of bacon) — and makes it an exceptional dinner treat by adding truffle oil, lemon zest and spinach. With creations like this, we’re set for life.
