Tangy Twist

If you think vinegar is just for salad dressing, think again. The Olive and the Grape owner Candice Berthold has amped up the popular condiment to create a line of infused vinegars ($14-$15.50). Her 38 flavors — including raspberry chocolate, vanilla fig and carrot ginger — can be used on roasted veggies, as an ice cream topping and in marinades and sauces. They're a great way to cut back on oil and butter without sacrificing great taste. "These products contain no sodium, added sugar, fat or artificial anything and have virtually no calories," says Berthold, who is also a microbiologist and certified health coach. "They're versatile, healthy and offer so many delicious and surprising possibilities." Various locations, theoliveandthegrape.com
