If all these months cooped up at home are getting to you, the Inn at Cedar Falls has the perfect COVID-safe getaway. Tucked in the forest with a plush dome covering and a 30-foot wide viewing window, guests are more likely to find grazing deer than other people while staying at one of its three geodomes ($339 per night).

Owner Zac Loomis created the geodomes to provide a luxury glamping experience. The brand-new spacious domes are complete with a bathroom and shower, retro-chic kitchenette, couch, coffee table and bed facing the viewing window.

“The coolest experience is at nighttime, when you’re able to look at the stars and feel like you’re in the trees all day long,” says Loomis. In addition to covering the contemporary nature retreat, each stay comes with a free breakfast at the inn’s restaurant Kindred Spirits. “It feels like you have everything you need and nothing you don’t,” he says.
