What Keeps Young Professionals In Cleveland?

Hey gray hairs, listen up. Cleveland’s millennials are sick of sitting on the sidelines. At least, that’s the message from Engage Cleveland’s inaugural State of the Young Professional Community Survey, which gathered opinions from 650 individuals online this summer. Released in mid-September, the results provide a useful snapshot of what some of Cleveland’s next generation wants and needs, says Engage Cleveland president Ashley Basile Oeken.
