The Original Steaks and Hoagies serves up a hearty hoagie.
Nothing stops our stomach from grumbling more than a hearty helping of meat and cheese. So when Original Steaks and Hoagies opened a new location in Eastlake in May, we dove right in. The Original ($8 small, $9 large) is a beast of a hoagie with finely chopped 100% ribeye. Tossed with fried onions, mushrooms and sweet and hot peppers, it’s topped with your choice of cheddar, provolone, American cheese or Cheez Whiz. The slow-burning heat of the meat pairs well with a side of Whizzy Tots ($5), lightly breaded potato balls of joy stuffed with Cheez Whiz. 35400 Vine St., Eastlake, 440- 510-8265, steaksandhoagies.com
