We’ve all done it. Slide up to Luchita’s lively bar, order a margarita, some guac and chips, and a couple of killer 99-cent Taco Night tacos and call it a day. But the reliable West Side Mexican food institution has more to offer in the way of traditional dishes such as the burro de Tabasco ($10). The mega-sized burrito is stuffed with steak, white rice, a pile of veggies, creamy potatoes, spicy black beans and cactus — which actually tastes like a tart green bean. Drenched in a triple header of chile chipotle, chile ancho and salsa tomatillo, this messy fork-and-knife affair is worth its weight in Cuervo Gold. Also Try: For those with smaller appetites, the a la carte burrito ($4.75) is an entry-level burro drenched in your choice of red or green salsa, or rich mole. The guacamole a la cabra ($7) with goat cheese and chile poblano is refreshing and sharp. 3456 W. 117th St., Cleveland, 216-252-1169, luchitas.net
