Spring is officially here and, soon, Cleveland's spring flowers will bloom.
To get an idea of when the best blossoms will take over Cleveland's Wade Lagoon park, University Circle Inc. brought back its spring blooms tracker for 2024. According to the tracker, peak bloom at Wade Lagoon will take place in late March and early April.
Around that time, expect to see magnolia and cherry blossom trees flowering, along with tulips. But already, there's some flower action: The tracker showcased photos of some magnolia buds and blossoms on March 13. (So, it might be time to start planning a stroll through the park.)

This marks the second year for University Circle's spring blooms tracker, which proved popular last spring.
"As someone who has always cherished the cherry blossoms adorning Wade Lagoon, I couldn’t be more thrilled to launch year two of this tracker,” says Nicole Farley, UCI communications manager, in a news release. "I invite everyone to join us in celebrating the arrival of spring and the breathtaking transformation of our beloved University Circle neighborhood."
