Edwins Run for Re-Entry 5K Grind at Edwins Leadership & Restaurant Institute
Beginning at 10 a.m., 25 runners will be released every five minutes on a route that beings at Edwins Restaurant and goes through the pavement and wilderness of Shaker Square. The course crashes through Doan Creek, winds up hills and navigates public areas. It’s symbolic of the path Edwins employees take, paving a way for their second chance. A bar lying between StoneWater’s Rustic Grill before the 10th tee may be the most laid-back space you encounter this fall, with the idea anyone can drop by, meet up with friends or escape.
