C-Level’s 10th Anniversary Concerts
Come and support two of Cleveland’s most well-known music venues during C-Level’s 10th Anniversary benefit concert. This special two-night event will feature a variety of performers at the Beachland Ballroom and the Grog Shop such as Mimi Arden, the Quasi Kings, Furious George Hartwig and others. This event will have a series of safety precautions in place including requirement of masks, social distancing and mandatory temperature check for all guests attending. $35, Nov. 13 & 14, 7 p.m., 15711 Waterloo Road, Cleveland, beachlandballroom.com; 2785 Euclid Heights Blvd., Cleveland Heights, 216-321-5588, grogshop.gs

Cleveland Independents Restaurant Week
More than 50 participating Cleveland Independents restaurants — think Fahrenheit and Pier W — are offering to-go dinner specials for two or four through Nov. 20. For example Melt Bar & Grilled will offer your choice of appetizer, soup, salad or mac ‘n’ cheese and the New Bomb Turkey Melt with smoked turkey breast, sage stuffing, roasted butternut squash puree, gravy, cranberry chutney and Muenster cheese. Oh, and many spots are offering dinners with to-go cocktails as well. Through Nov. 20, clevelandindependents.com/restaurantweek

Houston Texans vs. Cleveland Browns
It’s not Patrick Mahomes vs. Lamar Jackson, but this Sunday’s matchup pits up-and-coming young quarterbacks Baker Mayfield and Deshaun Watson against each other for the first time since 2018. More important, the game could determine whether or not the Browns make the playoffs this year. A win to move to 6-3 would keep them in the hunt for a wildcard spot with the Indianapolis Colts, Las Vegas Raiders, Miami Dolphins and Baltimore Ravens. Plus, star running back Nick Chubb should be able to play in his first game since injuring his knee Oct. 4. Nov. 15, 1 p.m., FirstEnergy Stadium, 100 Alfred Lerner Way, Cleveland, 440-824-3434, clevelandbrowns.com
