The Cleveland Cavaliers had the fourth most efficient offense in 2015-16, scoring 108.1 points per 100 possessions. Only the San Antonio Spurs (108.4), Oklahoma City Thunder (109.9) and Golden State Warriors (112.5) were better last year, but the Cavs are the only of the four teams to return with the same starting lineup for the 2016-17 season.
