If you want to get your cultural fix but can’t decide between music, theater or dance, Tremont’s Arts in August lets you enjoy all art forms. The free, monthlong series features acts such as the Cleveland Jazz Orchestra and Cleveland Opera Theatre every weekend starting Aug. 5 in Lincoln Park. When Inlet Dance Theatre premieres its latest works Aug. 11, be ready to hit the dance floor. “We’re pretty excited to get audience members up onto the stage,” says Bill Wade, Inlet executive and artistic director. “It’s always amazing what they create,” adds Michelle Davis, assistant director of Tremont West Development Corp. Dance aficionados can also check out GroundWorks DanceTheater premiere of Carl Orff’s timeless classic, Carmina Burana, which brings to life the lustful and romantic poetry of the Middle Ages, and another work by award-winning New York choreographer Adam Barruch.
