Music, games and food rule AsiaTown along Payne Avenue during the Cleveland Asian Festival May 16 and 17. Here are three ways to immerse yourself in the always popular festival.

Sumo wrestling

Festgoers can squeeze into sumo suits and push around friends or anyone else brave enough to enter the ring. The excitement takes place all weekend and is free.

Eating contest

Hungry challengers dare their appetites at the fest's sushi and egg rolls throw downs on Saturday and Sunday respectively. Prizes include a 14-inch trophy, polo shirts and more.

AsiaTown Tour

Hop on a free shuttle bus as a tour guide details the history of the neighborhood. Points of interest include Asian Town Center and Ariel International Center.
