Parade the Circle (1)

Jan. 1, 1900 | 5:00 AM

Parade the Circle is more than a parade. The aromas of food and sounds of music and laughter will fill University Circle this weekend as the 12th annual festival takes place.

Jazz, honky-tonk, blues and folk musicians will play on three stages starting at 11 a.m. Food vendors selling cuisine and drinks from around the world will provide eventgoers with sustenance and activities too numerous to mention make Parade the Circle an event for everyone.

The parade itself is an hour-long jaunt around Wade Oval with its ranks sporting costumes, masks and floats all without the benefit of motorized vehicles.
