Rating the Suburbs: Shannon Keibler

After relocating to Aurora from Cincinnati a year and a half ago with her husband, Casey, and daughter, Carrie, Shannon Keibler has found her groove. Her baked goods catering business, Floured Apron, is rising. She even brings her food truck — a vintage-styled camper named Rosie — to events such as the Cleveland Flea and recreation league games at Aurora High School. We asked the 43-year-old suburban cupcake connoisseur where she shops, unwinds and does business.
