Cleveland Orchestra Christmas Concerts
The Cleveland Orchestra continues its schedule of holiday performances with two concerts on both Dec. 22 and 23 at Severance Hall.
Saturday's performances begin at 3 and 8 p.m. The Sunday concerts begin at 3 and 7 p.m. Sunday night's performance is the "Holiday Celebration with Organ and Brass," featuring Todd Wilson on the organ.

First Day of Winter
Although this December might prove to be the warmest on record, winter still begins on Dec. 21. And why not celebrate the unseasonably mild weather at the Lake Erie Nature & Science Center in Bay Village?
"Family Fun on Friday: Winter Soltice" begins at 6 p.m. on Dec. 21, and features dancing, dinner, games and a planetarium presentation.

Breakfast with Santa
Pancakes and Santa Claus: What could be better?
The Carousel in Akron hosts Northeast Ohio's largest breakfast with Santa Claus Dec. 21, starting at 8:30 a.m. Breakfast is served starting at 9 o'clock, and gifts, goodies and a children's program begin at 9:30.
