For the seventh year in a row, Yoga For Every Body and The Studio Cleveland are teaming up again to bring you a relaxing yoga routine along Lake Erie. This year, everyone is spreading their mats out for social distancing while still challenging themselves to an all-levels yoga class in the sun. Tri-C Virtual Jazz Fest
More than a dozen local artists, musicians and performers are coming together to take Tri-C’s annual Jazz Fest virtual. Tune in Friday through Sunday at 7 p.m. for pre-recorded and live performances as well as interviews with well-known artists and video highlights of past Jazz Fests. Although the event is free, organizers encourage viewers to donate to the Cuyahoga Community College's Student Emergency Fund, which will specifically be helping students in the creative arts who are dealing with unforeseen financial challenges. 2020 Drive-Thru Greek Festival
Turns out you really can get anything from a drive-through these days. Whether you’ve been craving a gyro or some baklava, the organizers of the Sts. Constantine & Helen Greek Festival have got you covered. While the annual Cleveland Heights festival is canceled, the Sts. Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Cathedral is still giving you the authentic Greek dishes you crave, such as Pastitsio or lemon chicken, by taking drive-through and walk-up orders all weekend. Art Opening: "The Still Life Still Has Life"
Patricia Zinsmeister Parker’s new exhibit at BayArts, “The Still Life Has Life,” is a bold and colorful collection of pieces that use juxtaposition of patterns to create vibrant images of still-life paintings. Hear more from Parker about her abstract expressionism and the process behind these pieces at Friday night's opening day reception.
