Prost! Cleveland’s annual Oktoberfest event is set to return for two weekends, Sept. 1-4 and Sept. 8-9 at the Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds.
Grab some authentic Oktoberfest food staples from Schmidt’s of Columbus, Das Schnitzel Haus, Frank’s Bratwurst, ethnic food trucks, Oktoberfest’s own food concessions and dozens of other vendors. There is plenty of opportunity to indulge in a variety of beer sampling; 18 beer vendors from Northeast Ohio and numerous German beers offered by the staple Oktoberfest vendors. Grab a beer stein and soak in all the rich heritage Oktoberfest has to offer.

Don’t forget to check out the wiener dog races, test your strength at the Masskrugstemmen German Strongman Competition, and support the competitors in the Miss Oktoberfest Competition. For kids, there will be inflatables, productions by The Frisch Marionette Company and a variety of musical performances.
This major culture and food festival brings a taste of cultural arts and tradition to Cleveland. Plus, 5k races, a microbrew competition, performances on the Cleveland Glockenspiel, markets and more.
