Berea Flea Market’s Festive Fall Marketplace
Shopping season is underway, and the Berea Flea Market is hosting its first indoor marketplace of the season with more than 80 different vendors at the Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds. The market will keep things safe with extra wide aisles, and booths that are spaced out. Visitors are required to wear masks and social distance. Whether shoppers are on the hunt for a one-of-a-kind vintage finds or quirky antiques, each vendor will have plenty of goodies to sift through. All profits from ticket sales will go to support the Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds. $1, Nov. 7 & 8, 7 a.m., Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds, 19201 E. Bagley Road, Berea, 440-305-0061, facebook.com/events

CityMusic Cleveland Livestream Concert
Since August, Case Western Reserve University has partnered with the Ohio Arts Professional Network to host different ensembles, musical artists and orchestras to perform virtually for its Live! (streamed) @ Silver Hall series, which takes place at the Maltz Performing Arts Center. While the series continues through December, treat yourself this weekend by tuning into the live performance by CityMusic Cleveland, a professional chamber orchestra conducted by Amit Peled, which has been performing free concerts since 2004. Free, Nov. 8, 8 p.m., case.edu

The Polar Express
All aboard! Christmas is right around the corner, and the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad is back this season with its holiday-themed train ride that transports visitors to a different world. Inspired by the movie The Polar Express, riders will get to indulge in the sounds of the motion picture soundtrack, as well as visits from holiday elves, and families will even get a chance to get photos with Santa Claus himself on the way back. Although tickets are sold out, there’s still time to sign up to be put on a courtesy list in case some spots open up. Nov. 6-Dec. 20, 7 p.m., 1630 Mill St., W, Peninsula, 330-439-5708, cvsr.org

Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony
While there wasn’t an in-person ceremony this year, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame will still celebrate this year’s inductees, which include Depeche Mode, the Notorious B.I.G. and others. The special HBO broadcast (catch it streaming on HBO Max, too) will honor inductees by telling the stories of their contributions to music, along with induction speeches by special guests such as Miley Cyrus, Luke Bryan, Gwen Stefani, Ringo Starr and more. A virtual red carpet starts streaming at 6:45 p.m. on the Rock Hall’s Facebook, Twitter and YouTube pages. Nov. 7, 8 p.m., rockhall.com
