The Lakewood boutique stocks clothes that flatter women of all shapes and sizes — from XS to 3X. “People tell us all the time, ‘I don’t like to try things on, I don’t like clothes shopping.’ They’ll go into the fitting room with such self-doubt,” says co-owner Abbey Markiewitz. “And then seeing them come back out and reading the excited look on their face, that is super, super rewarding for us.”

Markiewitz and co-owner Julia Gramenz choose pieces that are useful, flattering and can work together with other items the store carries. “We spend hours and hours curating our collection,” Markiewitz says. That assortment includes ruffle collar tops, oversized mineral washed tunics with side slits and high-waisted mom jeans.

Their customers are looking for options that are trendy, comfortable and cute, and as moms to young kids, Markiewitz and Gramenz are always on the hunt for pieces that can be worn daily with no fuss. “Our hope is that anyone who walks into the store will be able to walk out with something that makes them feel good about their body, no matter where they are in their journey,” says Markiewitz.
