An expensive trip to Rome isn't the only way to experience Italy. The annual Opera in the Italian Garden may be just the free European getaway you need. Opera Per Tutti performs selections from Giacomo Puccini's La Boheme to Giuseppe Verdi's LaTraviata July 20 in the serene Cleveland Cultural Gardens. "The beauty of the operatic music combined with the natural setting is something that feeds the soul," says Andrea Anelli, director of Opera Per Tutti. You can also feed more than just the soul with refreshing iced coffee from Fuel Coffee Bar and Italian gelato from Rosso Gelato. 216-916-7780, operapertutti.org
