If there’s one word to describe Marble Room, it’s sexy. The unexpected artwork, stunning architecture and sleek cuisine add up to a sensual experience for couples looking for something upscale, elegant and a little edgy. Once home to National City Bank, the historic gem of a space has plenty of drama anywhere you look: 40-foot ceilings, glitzy chandeliers, grand staircases and a devilish raw bar menu. Tuck yourself into a secluded booth if you want privacy or find a seat at the lively bar for some tantalizing conversation. But be forewarned — the sparks you and your lover feel here may turn into a full-blown commitment. “I had a couple at the bar that snuck some guy in to marry them,” says co-owner Malisse Sinito. “They didn’t tell anyone, and as they were walking out they said, ‘We just got married at the bar!’ ” 623 Euclid Ave., Cleveland, 216-523-7000, marbleroomcle.com   After: Keep the passion alive with a nightcap — aptly named the Passion Cosmo — at the Ritz-Carlton’s Turn Bar & Kitchen. 1515 W.
