The LGBT Community Center of Greater Cleveland is rolling out en masse for this year’s Pride in the CLE.
The two-day event begins June 4 with a virtual Pride show hosted by WKYC at 7:30 p.m. featuring several speakers and performers who will explore the past, present and future of Pride in Northeast Ohio.
The main event then kicks off at Edgewater Park June 5 at 10 a.m. with a Pride Ride that parades through the Edgewater and Detroit Shoreway neighborhoods showcasing the vibrancy, power and positivity of the LGBTQ community.
“We are very proud of our services and our ability to remain visible with pride,” says Phyllis Harris, executive director of the LGBT Community Center of Greater Cleveland. “We want to reach as many people as possible.”
