Hosting between 100 and 120 weddings annually, The Aviator combines the experience of a large-scale event venue with the personal attention of a boutique wedding planner. Every couple is paired with a dedicated onsite wedding planner who guides them from the first tour to the final dance.

“Our job is to understand their vision and make it happen,” says owner Khadar Soussou.

The Aviator’s biggest advantage may be its all-inclusive, one-stop-shop approach. The venue handles catering, bar service, tables, chairs, setup, breakdown and outdoor ceremonies while also connecting couples with trusted DJs, photographers and florists. Whether the guest list includes 20 people or 300, the goal is to simplify planning and logistics surrounding the Big Day. 

The Aviator’s chef-driven menus are elevated and fully customizable. “Everything we do is à la carte,” Soussou says. “We don’t offer packages because we want couples to create exactly the wedding they envision.”

Both wedding spaces feature dedicated outdoor ceremony sites and patio cocktail areas complete with lounge furniture, high-top tables and fire pits, creating a seamless flow from ceremony to reception.

Three ways to personalize your wedding.

Custom Chef’s Dinner. For the reception, couples can enjoy a personalized meal created by the chef, featuring their absolute favorite dishes. The best way to celebrate lasting love? Sharing a 42-ounce tomahawk steak and twin lobster tails for sure!

Custom Neon Signs. Couples love to create signature photo moments with personalized neon signage and specialty backdrops for photo booths and irresistible selfie stations. 

Curate The Vibe. The Aviator has recently added sofas, sectionals and stylish furniture around bars to create a super loungey feel for your wedding guests.
