Earlier this week, news broke that Cleveland’s full-body workout center Rise Nation would be closing its location by the end of the month.
In a statement released July 17, part owner and manager Derek Millender announced, “With a heavy heart, we share the sad and surprising news that Rise Nation CLE will close at the end of the month.”
Rise Nation’s final day in the studio will be July 28, whereupon memberships will officially end. Autopay memberships up until that point will be processed as scheduled.

Important Information
According to the official statement, all unused classes from class packs that have been purchased this month will be refunded after July 28. All memberships will be terminated effective July 28.
“We genuinely extend our deepest gratitude for the support you have shown us over the last six years. We chose to open in downtown CLE to bring all sides of the city together and show visitors to Cleveland the spirit and growth of our city. Your dedication and presence in the studio have meant the world to us, and we truly value you showing up as a member of the Rise Nation community,” the news release said.
