Your head is throbbing and your stomach is queasy. You overindulged last night and you're paying for it this morning. Get out of bed and head to Graffiti Social Kitchen. The Dirty Bird ($24), a gluttonous play on a bloody mary, sets hungover hearts aflutter with a buttermilk-fried Cornish hen topped with a blue cheese salad, hot sauce, a soft-boiled egg and olives alongside strips of bacon, all while flying atop a pitcher of house-made bloody mary for two. "An ongoing question everybody talks about is what came first: the chicken or the egg," says chef and co-owner Adam Bostwick. "So I'll just throw them both at you at the same time." While you can order the massive cocktail with traditional vodka, take Bostwick's advice and mix things up with one of the craft beers on tap. "It's almost better with the beer in it, because beer has a natural effervescence to it," says Bostwick. 1261 W. 76th St., Cleveland, 216-651-6969, graffitisocialkitchen.com
