Bistro 83’s Jeff Gresko is a simple guy with a passion for creating sensational beverages. Bartending for 13 years now, he says he never gets tired of his craft. “Our bar fills up quickly because of us bartenders being personal and building relationships with the customers,” he says.
“When people trust their bartenders, they’ll have a good drink,” says Gresko, who has been with the restaurant for five years.
With a strong work ethic and outgoing personality, Gresko keeps the job fun and intriguing. He’s an experienced bartender who puts his customers first, whether that’s creating spontaneous, new drinks or talking Cleveland sports with a stranger. 36033 Westminister Ave., North Ridgeville, 440-353-2828, bistro83.com
Q: What makes you different from other bartenders?
A: My knowledge is key. I know a lot about the business, and I know what people like. I’m good with people, and you need to know your customers and what they want.
Q: How do you get the perfect drink?
A: The goal is to cater to your audience. You’ve got seasonal drinks that are refreshing and made for the weather, and knowing what people like and dislike is a main component, too.
Q: What are your top three fan favorites?
A: French Pear Martini, Blackberry Whiskey Sour and Dark Manhattan.
Q: Any advice?
A: Have fun, live life, drink good.
