Greatest Inspiration: I’m inspired daily by my colleagues — by the passion and imagination they bring to the work they do, and by the commitment they show to supporting our customers, our partners and one another. 

Best Advice: I still have a toy rhino that our founder, Packy Hyland Jr., gave me a couple of decades ago, representative of his favorite book, Rhino Success by Scott Alexander. It signifies the audacious approach to charging through obstacles I’ve tried to take throughout my career.

Proudest Moment: Four years ago, we acquired our primary competitor, increasing the size of our company by about 40%. When I announced the news to their employees who had gathered in their auditorium, they reacted with a standing ovation. They knew our reputation for innovation, growth and an employee-focused culture, and they were thrilled to be joining forces with us.  

Bucket List: I’d like to ski in the Southern Hemisphere during their winter. Not sure where I’ll head first, Chile or New Zealand!
