Proudest Moment: Being named chairman and CEO of KeyCorp has been the proudest moment of my career. I consider it a great privilege to lead this talented team — 17,000 strong — and a company with a nearly 200-year-old legacy as a responsible bank and corporate citizen.
What I’d Tell 16-Year-Old Me: It’s never too early to discover your passion, so find something that you truly love to do and find ways to make an impact.
