Keim, Chris
Frantz Ward LLP
Education: Doctoral degree, Case Western School of Law; bachelor’s degree, The Ohio State University
First Job: Doing yard work and odd jobs for a 90-year-old woman who lived through the Great Depression (and feeling bad for accepting $2 per hour)
How I Motivate Others: I’m not sure that I do, but I try to give people the resources and tools they need to succeed and then stay out of their way.
Most Inspiring Person: My mother. She raised five children while working full time and yet was always there for her family and friends, regardless of what was happening in her life.
Best Advice: Weeding out a toxic person from your organization is always worth it in the end, regardless of who it is.
What I’d Tell 16-Year-Old Me: “Your family and friends will carry you to a great life.”
