Best Advice: A former boss and mentor reminded me often that “leaders cast long shadows.” So, I strive to show up consistently with positive leadership behavior.

What I’d Tell 16-Year-Old Me: Learn to look in the mirror — understand who you are, what motivates you and how you impact others. Use feedback from others and self-reflection to identify where you need to commit energy to improve and identify strengths to emphasize.
Fun Fact: Music was a big part of my early life — piano and violin — I began playing in the Youngstown Symphony at 16 and went to Bowling Green State University on a full music scholarship.
