Best Advice: Make time for play and to breathe, and occasional boredom is essential to creating space for new ideas.
Important Lesson Learned: Show up and work the plan every day.
Proudest Moment: The biggest accomplishments and proudest moments aren’t from a singular, overnight idea or action, but instead are made up of many small, sometimes seemingly unnoticeable steps along the way. Put together and combined with focus on a clear goal, big things happen.
What I’d Tell 16-Year-Old Me: “Don’t give up if you lose what you think is an important contest. You can’t always see the path ahead, and a moment of loss has the potential to create even greater and more meaningful success for you.”
Hobby/Passion: Cooking and baking are my Zen space, along with hiking and simply being outdoors no matter the season.
Bucket List: Visit every national park in the U.S.
