How I Motivate Others: Being there for my team. At the outset of any new reporting relationship, I like to establish my team member’s interest in how we should work together.
Important Lesson Learned: Humility and a sincere, “I’m sorry,” or, “I was wrong,” go a long way.
Hobby/Passion: In my free time, golfing and hiking in the summer and snow skiing in the winter are ways I like to relax.
Fun Fact: In 1981, at the age of 18, my brother, Bill, and I spent a month working in a Taiwanese factory in Taipei, Taiwan, learning how to manufacture package sealing and electrical tapes.
