What Guides My Decision-Making: It’s important to understand all of the material facts. To do that you need to surround yourself with people who will provide you with those facts so that you can provide direction in the best interest of all, and to be transparent to those who may be disappointed in those decisions.
Most Important Leadership Quality: The ability and willingness to listen to others and to hear their message
If I Could Have Any Other Job: I’ve always thought doing color commentary for NFL games would be a great career.
The Advice I’d Give Someone New: Don’t succumb to inaction for fear of making a mistake or bad decision.
What I’d Tell 16-Year-Old Me: Save 10% of every dollar you earn and forget about it until you retire.
Who’d Play Me in a Biopic: I’d love to say Tom Cruise or Brad Pitt, but I think Jimmy Donovan from Channel 3 would probably be a better choice. (I say that with respect, Jimmy!)
