Keefe, Kelly
ERC
Education: Bachelor’s degree, University of Dayton
First Job: I was a camp counselor at the city of Highland Heights Day Camp.
Toughest Challenge: Managing ERC through the first few months of COVID-19
Greatest Inspiration: My paternal grandparents. I was lucky enough to have them in my life for so long.
Important Lesson Learned: Admit when you don’t know the answers. Being as transparent as possible has helped me to learn from others and has allowed others the freedom to share their thoughts with me.
Most Important Skill: I believe being an emotionally intelligent leader is imperative for success. As a leader, you need to be self-aware of your actions, as well as aware of the emotions of those around you.
Hobby/Passion: I love walking with others. Whether it is with my husband, my kids, my parents or my girlfriends, I love being outside and enjoying the company of others.
