Best Advice: The best way to accomplish something is with a face-to-face conversation rather than hiding behind emails.
Proudest Moment: Completing the Book Cadillac Hotel in Detroit, Michigan, stands out prominently because of the scope, size and location of the project and the challenges we faced and overcame.
Important Lesson Learned: Do not lie to others. Say exactly what needs to be said rather than what the listener wants to hear.
Most Important Skill: I’ve been told that I’m a very approachable person. I’m always willing to sit down, listen and work through any issues that are presented. I encourage people to ask questions and ask for help when they are in need.
Who’d Play Me in a Biopic: David Hasselhoff, because of his looks, of course. Everyone in my hometown says: “Hey, don’t hassle the Hoff!”, regarding me. It always makes me laugh.
