Greatest Inspiration: Seeing Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C) students walk across the stage at graduation. They work harder and overcome more barriers than many “traditional” students.
Most Inspiring Person: Dr. Alex Johnson, my boss and president of Tri-C
Best Advice: No matter how challenging or dark a situation is, there is always something to be grateful for.
Important Lesson Learned: Even if you have your headphones on during a Zoom call, they do not cancel outside noise, such as crunching pretzels or a snoring dog.
Most Important Skill: Networking and building trusting relationships with others
