Cleveland Neighborhood Progress

How I Motivate Others: Modeling the behavior I want them to embody. I bring my whole self to work, am transparent about what we are trying to accomplish and value input from those who are in the trenches doing the work. I am clear that I don’t have all the answers and that we will only succeed if we are a team, supporting and inspiring each other.
If I Could Have Any Other Job: I am in my dream job — fostering equitable neighborhood revitalization throughout Cleveland by supporting the community development ecosystem.
Best Advice: Do work that is meaningful to you, that has impact and value, and your work will never feel like work.
What I’d Tell 16-Year-Old Me: “Be true to yourself — take more risks, enjoy the process, follow your passions and trust your instincts.”
