How I Motivate Others: I believe in selfless leadership and offering my help, advice and mentorship to those with whom I work. I’ve found that when you show genuine interest in people, you don’t have to push, and people will rise to the occasion. I’ve learned that professionals appreciate honesty and transparency from their leaders.

Hobby/Passion: I’m an outdoorsman and enjoy golfing, hunting and fishing.
Fun Fact: Early in college, I hadn’t yet decided on my major, but I knew I wanted to do something in the business field. My friend and I picked up BusinessWeek in the library, and it listed accounting as a top degree in the field, so that’s how I decided to become an accountant.
