Whom I Would Call for Advice: I am lucky to be surrounded by many female leaders from both the public and private sector in Summit County. I look to several of them for wise counsel.
Most Important Leadership Quality: The ability to convene stakeholders and craft collaborative solutions. As county executive, I work with 31 communities, and each has its own priorities. I work hard to help us all find common ground to solve common issues.
