How I Motivate Others: Start by listening to what motivates them — it is different for everyone. Thoughtfully surprise and delight. Repeat. Repeat again.

Hobby/Passion: I foster puppies for a local rescue. The pups come to work with me, eliminating any form of office stress.

Fun Fact: As a student, I was a U.S. Youth Ambassador to the Soviet Union.
